Tibetan singing bowls have been used for meditation and healing for centuries. Made by artisans in Nepal, these bowls are hammered by hand in the purest tradition. The sounds emitted by singing bowls are known to soothe the mind and help achieve a deeper meditation.
Each bowl is unique because of its hammering which also gives it its own sound.
Seven metals: Singing bowls are made from a combination of seven noble metals: copper, tin, iron, mercury, lead, gold and silver.
Wooden and leather mallet: Our bowls are accompanied by a wooden mallet covered with black leather on one end.
Cushion: Our bowls are also accompanied by a black cotton cushion.
Our singing bowls are about 14cm in diameter with a weight of around 600g. Their thickness and size may vary slightly, each piece being unique because of hand pounding.
