Tibetan singing bowls have been used for meditation and healing for centuries. Made by artisans in Nepal, these bowls are hammered by hand in the purest tradition. The sounds emitted by singing bowls are known to soothe the mind and help achieve a deeper meditation.
Each bowl is unique because of its hammering which also gives it its own sound.
